On macs, use the OPTION key instead of RIGHT-ALT. Accents are typed after the base letter.

- Type the EQUALS key = for the macron accent, as in ā, ē...
- Type the SEMICOLON key ; for the dot accent, as in ȧ, ė...
- Type the SLASH key / for the acute accent, as á, é...
- Type the RIGHT BRACKET key [ for the ring accent, as in å, e̊...
- Opening and closing quotes:
- single: ‘ SHIFT+GRAVE — ’ APOSTROPHE
- double: “ SHIFT+RIGHT BRACKET — ” SHIFT+BACKSLASH
- single ‹ RIGHT-ALT+SHIFT+9 — › RIGHT-ALT+SHIFT+0
- double « RIGHT-ALT+9 — » RIGHT-ALT+0
