Notes:

On macs, use the OPTION key instead of RIGHT-ALT

  • By using the RIGHT-ALT key, the underlined letters can be accessed. Thus RIGHT-ALT+d produces d̲z̲, and RIGHT-ALT+T produces T̲s̲. For all caps D̲Z̲ and T̲S̲, you need to use the SEMICOLON key is an independent underline accent key.
  • Opening and closing quotes:
    • single: ‘ GRAVE — ’ APOSTROPHE
    • double: “ SHIFT+[ — ” SHIFT+]
    • single ‹ RIGHT-ALT+SHIFT+9 — › RIGHT-ALT+SHIFT+0
    • double « RIGHT-ALT+9 — » RIGHT-ALT+0
