On macs, use the OPTION key instead of RIGHT-ALT

Type the SLASH key / for the ogonek /v̨/, or nasal accent.
Type the SEMICOLON key ; for the macron /v̄/ accent.
Type the LEFT BRACKET key [ for the circumflex /v̂/ accent.
Type the RIGHT BRACKET key ] for the macron-circumflex /v̄̂/ accent.
Type the EQUALS key = for the ligature /a͝e/ accent.
